Gold Long Term Investment Demand Has Shifted Upwards

PGM & Gold Market Highlights The BRIC economies now account for nearly one third of global vehicle sales. This proportion is expected to continue rising over the long-term, possibly reaching the 40% - 45% level. Emission standards are expected to continue tightening in these and in many other smaller emerging markets thereby supporting long-term demand. BRIC Vehicle Sales In Relation To Global Vehicle Sales

Skaergaard Project, Greenland Skaergaard, located on the east coast of Greenland, has a Canadian NI compliant Inferred Mineral Resource, based on over 20,000 metres of drilling 100% owned by Platina with no royalties payable on production Mineralisation consists primarily of palladium, gold and platinum within a titanium and vanadium-rich magnetite gabbro AMEC Minproc in conjunction with AMC Consultants completed the second stage of the pre-feasibility work by completing a review of a SRK Scoping Study High grade portion of the Gold Zone identified by AMC Consultants was the focus of a recently completed 2010 drilling campaign Pre-feasibility activities to continue in

Skaergaard – Inferred Resource Estimate *Skaergaard Inferred Resource Estimate for the Combined Zone, Au Zone and Pd Zone. Estimated by Roscoe Postle Associates Inc (2005) and verified by AMC Consultants Pty Ltd (2009).

Skaergaard – 2010 Drilling >3ppm gold contour has been drilled at 500m grid spacing 10 drill holes totaling 6,733m All holes appear to have successfully intersected the Gold and Palladium Zones Hole PRL10-45 is intended to increase the size of the >3ppm gold contour

Skaergaard – Mining Confirmed viability of conceptual 2.4Mtpa underground mine development Room & pillar mining identified as the preferred underground mining method Operating costs ranging from US$ 49-81/tonne Capital expenditure estimate of US$166 million does not include infrastructure costs (accuracy of + 40%) Excellent bench-scale metallurgical recoveries of gold, platinum and palladium - up to 92.7% gold recovery via flotation Compelling evidence suggesting a potentially higher-grade Gold Zone (>4g/t gold + PGM) within the previously defined Gold Zone – targeted by a key 6,700 m diamond drilling program just completed (Sept 2010)
