XV. Internal Controls 135. Inspection & Supervision –Zila Nazim may designate inspecting officers to objectively examine Tehsil, Town and Union Municipal Administrations 136. Enquiries –Zila Nazim can ask Tehsil, Town or Union Nazim to conduct an enquiry to any matter concerning LG and take appropriate action on the report of that enquiry.

XV. Internal Controls 137. Transparency –Every citizen shall have the right to information about any office of District Government 138. Monitoring by Committees Monitoring Committees elected by the Zila Council shall be responsible for monitoring the offices of District Gov. and prepare quarterly evaluations reports

XV. Internal Controls Monitoring Committees may recommend bonuses and performance pay to the functionaries of the local government Code of Conduct Committees –There shall be a code of conduct committee in each council –It shall ensure adherence of all members of the councils, Nazims and Naib Nazims to the prescribed code of conduct

District Mushavirat Committee –There shall be constituted a Zila Mushavirat Committee consisting of Zila Nazim, Naib Nazim and all Tehsil Nazims and Town Nazims –Its functions include Resolution of intra-district disputes Muster resources of crises management Set directions for realization of economic potential of the district
