8 In Student Financials to view the detail you accessed using screens 408 and 409 in SIS+ you will use View Customer Account. Student Financials You can access a student’s account using any of these fields

9 CSU SAN BERNARDINO Student Financials Once you pull up the Customer Account in the header you will see the student’s name, id, total of the account and total anticipated aid. The body of the page is a summary of the student’s balances by account type and term. On each line is a hyperlink to the details for that account type. At the bottom of the page are hyperlinks to view the account in various formats.

11 CSU SAN BERNARDINO Student Financials For most purposes the Items by Term hyperlink is an easy way to see the detail on the student’s account by term rather than by account type. This view will show in the header total credits and debits and total due by term and in the body you will see the detailed charges and payments that were applied to that term.

This link will take you to another page which will show you the student’s Career, Program, Residency, the number of units enrolled for the term and the student’s grade level. There are also two hyperlinks on this page which will give you the student’s Academic Plan and the classes they are enrolled in by term. Student Financials

16 CSU San Bernardino Student Financials The View Customer Account page in Student Financials will give you the opportunity to view a student’s charges and payments in many formats. You will be able to find the view that works best for your needs. This page also allows you to link to other information rather than needing to navigate to the Records and Enrollment screens. This will allow you to verify that the student’s charges are correct based on Career and Residency quickly and easily.
