The Executive Summary This should be a concise ~2-3 page summary including: The Market: size, trends, margins. The Technology: features/benefits, stage of development, desired stage to reach for market, costs of development to that stage. The Customer and Product: why they will buy, pricing, time to payback for customer Financial: cost of investment to get tech developed, projected income from technology, time expectations on projections Recommendation: recommendation to University for the technology

Market Research Questionnaire This is a list of forty questions about your commercialization plan Divide these up among group members and discuss the answers If you don’t have solid answers, you should do additional research to get them!
