You Fit Into Me You fit into me
You Fit Into Me Like a hook into an eye.
You Fit Into Me A fish hook. An open eye.
So what’s a cliché? It’s an overused expression or idea. OR It’s a person who’s behavior is predictable or superficial.
For You I will Rip off a limb From my body To keep you Away from me. A bloody, severed arm. A nonexistent you.
Now it’s your turn! Journal Entry #9: Turn a cliché upside down. Give me a title, and a beginning to the poem that leads me to believe it’s going to be about one thing, but then turns out to be something completely different.
