Focus magnet/hydrogen module layout

The new MICE cooling channel layout have some variations from the previous layouts: Sliding interconnecting flanges can not be use because of the increase of nozzles on the focus/hydrogen modules, instead clamp flanges with large deflection metallic seals are being considered. Cold helium pipes are exposed at one end of the module, the potential of accumulating oxygen around this pipes and insulation persist; therefore, the shroud design continues Fabricators favor 304 stainless steel for material of construction formability, strength and welding are their preference If aluminum material the vessel thickness is 2cm and the shroud 0.5 cm, for 304SS vessel 1.3 cm and shroud 0.32 cm I am waiting for budgetary estimates to compare. Fabricators are interested on this project and the market is at the best time. We need more detail drawings for better estimates Help!!
