Experimental Procedure: Day 1 TRIAL 1 -decrease flour to 50 g - add fiber 50 g - add skim milk 30 g TRIAL 5 -add egg white 44 g - increase vanilla to 4 g TRIAL 4 -increase brown sugar to 64 g - decrease granulated sugar to 30 - increase vanilla to 4 g TRIAL 2 - increase skim milk to 40 g TRIAL 3 - increase skim milk to 60 g
