Risk management We need standards or protocols Aids understanding Central to Collaborative Working

Todays problem? The brick wall What can go wrong… Usually does But still it goes on (and on)

How to solve it We need to work together Reward those who get it right Assist those who get it wrong Understand the process

Reward structure Pay the player for a team performance Best players are paid more Weak players are supported But it is the team that wins
