Stopped pre-exp to do more cleaning… particle numbe 32cm-3

NOx issue NOx level was too high in the bag (~80ppb). Lab air was also very rich in NOx!! (~130ppb). I think NOx is not being scrubbed and the “clean” air still contains large amount of NO (charcoal seems to be good at taking out NO2 but not NO) Injected O3 for a few seconds to get rid of NO and filled and flushed the bag several times to clean it..
