Q6-How Does Competitive Strategy Determine Business Processes and Structure of Information Systems? Analyzing the competitive market will result in a price or quality based entrance to it by the company. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis should be completed carefully. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Organizations analyze their industry and choose a competitive strategy. Given that strategy, they design business processes that span value-generating activities. Those processes determine the scope and requirements of each organization’s information systems.
