Summary Learn other’s cultures to avoid misunderstandings. Be aware not to offend other’s cultures Respect other’s cultures

Feedback The opening: Did it attract your attention? Was it on the subjects? The organization: Were you able to follow easily? Did the presenter (writer) develop ideas smoothly? Use of support: Did the writer choose effective and clear examples? Were there enough of them? Were the speaker's examples logical and relevant?

Feedback Language: Was the language clear, easy to understand, at the level of the audience? Overall Presentation and writing: Did the presenter speak slowly and write clearly? Did he/she make eye contact and use nonverbal communication?
