Soldering Jumper Wires SPIRIT 2007

Strip about ¼” of insulation Apply solder until wire appears soli d “Tin” the wire

“Tin” the Connector pins You can put the male connector into the female connector to hold it

Trim the wires to the length of the pins

Put a small amount of solder on the iron. Hold the wire on the pin and apply heat until connection made.

Don’t forget to put the heat shrink on first!

Stroke the shrink with the iron

The finished connector!
