Big profits or Big risk? Most financial advisors tend to avoid penny stocks due to the extremely high risk that comes with owning them. Most financial advisors tend to avoid penny stocks due to the extremely high risk that comes with owning them. Generally tends to fluctuate wildly in price. Most likely those who invest in Penny stocks should be prepared to lose their entire investment.
