Libraries North West Services LNW works closely with other regional & national organisations Executive Officer promotes and supports the strategic development of our member libraries ILL Business Unit provides a comprehensive range of ILL support services, which include: –Location Search Service –Best Practice Guidelines –Training Events and Forums –New LNW Databases –A wide range of current awareness resources

Staffing & Statistics Staffing: Chester Office, ILL Business Unit Statistics 2004 – 2005: 1735 Location Searches carried out by the ILL Business Unit LNW’s 40 member libraries supplied over 55,000 items, and received over 101,000 items via inter library loan.
