Initial Reactions: Atmosphere of Holt High School: – Very large, modern building – The building was completely carpeted – Overall feeling of a safe, secure and friendly environment Equipped with latest technology in the Classroom: Dry erase boards, cd players, computers, mulitmedia projectors.

Philosophy in the Classrom -Ms. Klecha incorparates communication and interaction amongst her students. -Provides different activities to teach the same material. (ex: songs, lyrics, demonstrations) -Changes activities up throughout class period. These activities are usually hands on. -She uses the Target language in the class as well as some English (so that the ss understand)

Our Mentor Teacher: Brooke Klecha -attended Michigan State University -teachers Spanish 2 and 3 -has taught Spanish for 5 years -studied abroad in Spain and Chile -currently coaches JV Volleyball
