Vision To promote human and institutional capacity building in developing countries, for poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development through technology transfer, exchange of skills with the developed communities of civil engineers

Mission Capacity building in civil Engineering is a dedication to the strengthening of economies, governments, institutions and individuals through education, training, mentoring, and the infusion of resources. Capacity building aims at developing secure, stable, and sustainable structures, systems and organizations, with a particular emphasis on using motivation and inspiration for people to improve their lives

Objectives Promote cooperation between Civil Engineering organizations and the vasts fields associated Transfer of knowledge, technology, information and sustainable solutions to issues Global mobility of professionals Promote health, occupational health and quality standards Professional conduct and fight corruption Promote meetings, seminars, congresses and information and data exchange
