Comments Overall –Much improved –But needs fine tuning! –More User Help and Guidelines –Problems refreshing/resetting concept map tool –We need search! Search tool must work well Personas –Lots of suggestions for additional tasks –Worried that terminology could get in the way –Easier to fulfil tasks through search (not browsing) Ratings System –Needs more language related terms –Tagging would be useful –Layout problems :-(
