Adding Image from Internet n Select slide which shows an image n Open Internet Source n Find an Image n Put cursor on image and hold down mouse n Select copy image

Adding a Graph n Select the slide for adding chart n Click on add chart n Make necessary changes on the spreadsheet n Insert chart onto slide

Tables….. n The procedures are similar to setting up a table in word n Click on slide which shows table n Click on icon to set up table n Decide on size of table n Format table n Add desired information n Press enter to insert table

Inserting a Hyperlink n Locate url for site you want to use as link n Copy site address (url) n Go to pp slide, put cursor where you want to place the hyperlink n
