OVERVIEW OF RENTMAKER An internet service facilitating equipment rental, to Streamline procurement for contractors, industrial companies, government agencies, farmers, others Provide rental leads and increase utilization for equipment providers Rental volume on Rentmaker has been growing at 35% per month Over 3,700 contractors and 3,500 rental locations have signed up Some large contractors’ equipment rental departments and some leasing companies beginning to rent out idle equipment Quoted rentals through Rentmaker exceeds $65,000,000 to date Average rental size > $10,000 per item Benefits are Time savings and cost reductions in rental equipment procurement Time savings and in stores’ customer quoting and service Streamlined purchasing costs for contractors Reduced costs-to-serve for equipment providers Higher likelihood of finding the right, available equipment rapidly Further drive renting over ownership

WHY EQUIPMENT RENTAL? The equipment rental industry has been growing at 24% per year in the US since 1982 One in 4 or 5 pieces of equipment in the US is rented Versus 1 in 2 in Japan and 7 in 10 in the UK Equipment covered includes construction, industrial, farming, forestry, DIY, special event and other equipment Every company rents in equipment to varying degrees Equipment is mostly a commodity Construction has the highest spend on rental as % of total cost structure Rental equipment is perishable, like airplane seats Multiple competitive bids can yield price variations up to 50 to 75% from low to high bid Differentiation in service, equipment condition, geographical reach Owners of equipment have idle equipment too Can serve to continually increase the supply-base  semi-infinite depth Revenue from renting out temporarily idle equipment is all cash profit
