How it all began The topic «Education and the Bologna Process» was discussed during Baltic Summer Schools

Recommendations for Federal Education Agency  Spread of information about Universities and in mass-media. For the information to be true one must form a special certificating commission out of independent experts  Work-out of a concrete contract-form about student mobility  Work-out and organization of special programs and seminars for the heads of universities about student mobility in order that they could organize seminars for their staff

Recommendations for Rectors  Support of students’ self governance – spread of information about students’ possibilities to be mobile  Organization of additional trainings for students’ adaptation when needed  Support of constant cooperation with different universities through materials’ change, internships, etc.

International Mobility Peculiarities of foreign education: 1.Orientation on the personality development and it’s life in quickly changing world 2.Professionals oriented on narrow spheres according to the aims of economies 3.Constant internal and external evaluation of education
