Begin with a Wish List What would you do in the organization if you had the time, money, talent, and other necessary resources? Your task: List up to six things you would like to accomplish if you had the resources.

Rank Order Your List Rank each item on your list from one to six based on their order of importance and/or projected time of completion.

Clarify Each of the Items WHYDo you want it accomplished? HOWWill you do it? WHENWill you do it? WHOWill be responsible? HOWWill you know when it is done?
