4 Skill Management Plan The Skill Management Plan is a road map (tasks, timing, responsibility, etc) for the successful running and management of each skill competition. The Skill Management Team (JP, CE & DCE) is responsible for producing it by C -2 and submitting it to the Chair and/or Vice Chair of the Competition Development Committee. The Skill Management Team is then responsible for ensuring the necessary tasks/management plan is followed during the course of the Competition.

7 Competition Binder The Competition Binder is designed to help you manage your Skills Competition and completion of the documents associated with it. It contains all Competition Forms in chronological order. The Competition Binder is designed to be simple brief complete and to minimize the amount of paper. The Competition Binder also ensures that all documents are submitted to the Competition Secretariat and receipted in a standard manner across all Skills Competitions. The first page acts as a Table of Contents and as a checklist.
