The yellow slides contain information on what you will need to do to achieve a pass. They are all compulsory ( have to do ) elements. The blue slide contain information on how to achieve merit and distinction grades. These slides are not compulsory (discuss these with your teacher). The information within the slides is for instruction only and can not be used as evidence, it must be deleted and replaced with your own work. The only thing that will remain the same on the slides is the title which contains important assessment references.

Create a folder called OCR National, Then Unit 1. Inside this folder copy the contents of the Student OCR National Folder for Unit 1 into your Unit 1 Folder. Click on Folders and take a screenshot which you need to place on the right in place of the one that is there this will show your details. Delete this explanation and replace it with your own description of what the screenshot shows. Example

You must organise the work in your Assessment Folders into more folders. Suggestion: 1. Make a folder in the A04 Business Documents folder for Business Documents and another folder for Graphics 2. Make a folder in the A02 Internet and E- mail folder for Internet Research and another for Assessment Books You will need to screenshot the two main folders you have created showing the sub folders within. (As for Pass (see Slide 4)) Delete the above and explain what each screenshot shows.

This requires you to take a screenshot of your completed A04 folder as this will be the folder with the most files, which you need to have named appropriately. Delete above text and explain what the screenshot shows.

Cnt on 7. Rename a folder in your directory the screenshot should show the File Rename menu. You should provide an explanation of how to do this. (see Example) Show how you would delete a folder. Suggestion make a new one and highlight it and move your mouse over the delete button (red x), screenshot this and explain it fully. Example
