Requirements When listening, you allow to be influenced. Must have a strong “private” victory or you might not be able to disagree. Understanding does not mean to agree, rather to see someone’s perspective.
Must be undrstood You have to be courageous to be understood. Again you have to be sure of yourself. You must have integrity, any duplicity will be felt.
