Project Aims To identify students’ understanding of Anti Discriminatory Practice issues in relation to Fieldwork Placements. To identify how a blend of Elearning and teaching approaches can support students to critically examine ADP issues. To develop an online resource centre and online workshop.

Sharing experiences of the reality of discrimination and its impact has meant the group could examine and focus on professional development of ADP Students revealed a high level of Personal and institutional discrimination in all forms. ‘ Critical understanding’,analysis and practice is often related to Students performance on whole programme The diversity of IT skills meant students experienced It demands as a burden. Some individuals introduced to Web based tools have used them with service users The online Drop In and Tutorial was not utilised by some students because of workplace security issues. The students designed an excellent workshop/ post workshop task to capture the process of the Review of their ADP. It was essential to support both individuals and the group with a framework of targets for the face to face workshop. The Online Resources Centre is growing and has key resources linked to placements and ADP material. Web based tools did facilitate students in sharing articles, useful website links.
