Global Donor Platform Platform Knowledge Piece: Agriculture and Policy Coherence Changes in donor financial patterns to ARD over last 15 years, what gets counted in (from productive safety nets to rural infrastructure) and how has this changed analysis of –2-3 bilateral donors, –a multilateral donor and –2-3 country level case studies of donor finance. Best practice methodologies to track donor financing Assess whether this provides the basis analysis at country level and whether this has facilitated better medium term financial planning at country level. review the extent of the available information as a basis for development of a mutually accountability framework
