Problem Solving

Why am I interested in "Problem Solving?" 1. The needs for quality improvement? Statistical process control (usually know as control charts) can tell us when there is a problem in the process. However, it can not tell us where and what the problem is. Solving the problem is even more difficult. 2. Experiences tell me that a systematical approach will save time/cost, and solve the problems more effectively. 3. Intent to solve more problems as a service to local and regional industry.
