1-4 April 2004HEP 2004 D.Fassouliotis, UoA Summary  The first phase of the Greek ATLAS Muon project has been completed extremely successfully. 112 excellent bare chambers are ready.  It is the first time that Greece has such a major contribution to such a large international experimental collaboration.  However, a lot of delicate work is still ahead, in order to complete the chambers with the gas, electronics and sensor components.  The same determination and effectiveness together with the provision of the needed resources will guarantee the successful accomplishment of the whole project.  Work has been started and continues stronger, to gain the physics wise benefits of this tremendous effort.
