COMPANY PROFILE Agribusiness Management Associates (AMA) Uganda Ltd is a fully registered Ugandan company with head office in Kampala.

MISSION STATEMENT To contribute to economic development on the African continent through delivery of high quality tailored services to agribusinesses.

INTERVENTION TRAINING OF FARMERS IN GAP 70% of Ugandan Fresh fruits and vegetable exporting companies have been trained 40% of the companies trained are assisted to develop and adapt a traceability system Export sales from these companies are expected to increase by over 50%.

SUPERVISORY SKILLS TRAINING Over 100 middle-level managers trained in modern management skills Cut Flower rejects due to poor quality expected to reduce by over 50% Over 80% of farm workers have developed sense of farm ownership

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AMA is mandated to manage Kasese Smallholder Income and Investment Program (KSIIP) The overall goal is to raise the annual income of 2,284 small-scale growers in Kasese district by 400% Over 5000 farmers have accessed directly KSIIP technical assistance

Over 500 farmers through contract farming have accessed inputs on soft loans At least 50% of association members sold their product through group marketing and received 25% premium price
