WELCOME PROPOSED PERSONAL ACTION PLAN Drona KC PEWSP Nepal

Objective To prepare a detail Strategic Plan of PEWSO Nepal through participatory approach as a learning organization Needs of Strategic Plan  PEWSO Nepal has no systematic participatory plan with its clear vision, mission and strategies.  Effective strategic planning is a milestone of PM&E and success of project/program (learning from this course) Duration: Mid of March to December 2004

The key evaluation questions  How is the planning process going on?  Is the concept paper and funding proposals well prepared?  Are the resources properly utilized?  Is the planning process going on according to the operation plan?  Are the stakeholders actively participating in the planning process?  What are the major issues and concerned arising?  How are the issues being handled? What are the corrective measures?
