Objective To prepare a detail Strategic Plan of PEWSO Nepal through participatory approach as a learning organization Needs of Strategic Plan PEWSO Nepal has no systematic participatory plan with its clear vision, mission and strategies. Effective strategic planning is a milestone of PM&E and success of project/program (learning from this course) Duration: Mid of March to December 2004
