Difficulty resolving CM/GC procedures and contract issues. Technical Specifications continue to mature. Good preparation (SLAC & LCLS) on FFTB and FY06 shutdowns

Mark Reichanadter LCLS FAC April 20-21, Recent Cost and Schedule Performance (TEC) Injector System:SPI = 0.84 – Laser delay (Thales), streak camera and RF gun fab. Linac System: SPI = 0.88, CPI = 1.25 – Inj- Lin controls hardware. Strong effort underway to recover schedule. SLAC-built X-band klystron which is under test. Undulator System: SPI = 0.88 – CMM and test stand deliveries. Airfreight to save schedule.
