Maximizing the Benefits of the PSAT/NMSQT Program to Promote College Readiness Added the word program here, for indeed it is the program that is the focus now, especially with our new tool, MyRoad, which is a tool separate from the PSAT/NMSQT assessment, and this leads into the next slide nicely. Today’s Goals To review the new My College QuickStart tools available online for students who took the PSAT/NMSQT in high school. To learn from two district leaders on how they use PSAT/NMSQT data in their schools To understand how PSAT/NMSQT fits into the overall district plan of action to create a culture of college readiness Setting up the session. Have them reference the guide, PSAT/NMSQT next steps side first. Stress the importance of # 2 and #3. Might want to ask them to pull the Next Steps piece out as you’ll be referencing it. 2
