7M822 Building Information Model (BIM) BIM is the process of generating and managing building data during its life cycle. Typically it uses three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building modeling software to increase productivity in building design and construction. The process produces the Building Information Model (BIM), which encompasses building geometry, spatial relationships, geographic information, and quantities and properties of building components.

7M822 IMAG - DLO IMAG-DLO is an institute for environmental and agricultural technique; it is part of services on agricultural research of the Wageningen University. There was a need for a tool by which one could gain insight into the consequences of changing requirements for saw sheds for group accomodation.

7M822 Formulation of the problem & Goal How to develop a tool by which a designer at IMAG-DLO can design and assess agricultural buildings for saw sheds (problem). The objective (goal) is to develop a design and decision support system for this kind of agricultural buildings.

7M822 Real Estate Norm Problems in the communication between the participants and the development of REN give cause for the research.

7M822 Formulation of the problem & Goal The objective (goal) is to improve the communication process between experts in the building industry and real estate environment, and organization who are looking for the right accommodation. The performance of location and /or building cannot determined in a practical and user-friendliness way, as a result of that the tuning of demand and supply on the real estate market cannot fixed and assessed. Therefore, the tuning of demand and supply on the real estate market is not optimal (problem).

7M822 Digital Dormer On the basis of VROM-data and municipality where you live, it is possible to control the designed dormer for the possibility of building permission. Also, one look for the –right license for the request And check for the –Zoning plan and the building regulations oif the municipality
