Choose the adverb Week 8 IT 25

This teacher led activity aims to help children choose the appropriate adverb to match the verb tense. The child’s task is to decide which of the given adverbs fits into the sentence. The next slide is an answer sheet. This should be printed, and distributed to the children before you start. When a pencil appears on the first two slides, this marks the time for the children to complete their answers. Proceed in the same pattern for the remainder of the game. A prompt of ‘Why?’ appears after each sentence. This is the cue for discussion about the correct and incorrect answers. They then receive feedback on the screen. Choose the adverb Week 8 IT 25
