Conclusion Proposed a new transformation-base reconstruction algorithm for real-time low-delay voice transmissions over the internet. This algorithm is general and can be extended easily to other interpolation-based reconstruction algorithms. Future work is extending the method to low-bit rate compression methods, such as CELP.
