Announcement Overflow room for Final Exam. If your last name starts with D, L, or R, your final exam is in Buchanan For everyone else it is Campbell hall. Bring your Picture ID. Do not bring a cell phone.

You have a chance to bid on colored plastic chips. The chips are drawn from a barrel with equal numbers of red and blue chips and replaced after they are drawn. You can bid on the chips as they are drawn, but you don’t get to look at the chip before you bid. You can sell the blue chips for $10 each. Red chips are worthless. You don’t get to look at the chips before you bid. What is the most that you could bid per chip and expect on average not to lose money? A)$20 B)$10 C)$5 D)$2
