Some Key Points The MCD was released in the 1990’s and now is dated, but it’s all we have at present. Certain employee information defaults into the MCD via Lawson and the University database. Some core information may be changed via your manager submitting a PAF form: Department, Cost Center, Employee’s Title
The employee may directly change or update: All phone numbers, including fax and pager numbers Addresses, including mail code and room number Preferred name addresses Optional notes

How to Update People Finder for Stanford and Shared Services Employees
On the portal.stanfordmed.org homepage: Click the Sign In Link On your workstation you will already be logged on
On the portal.stanfordmed.org homepage: Enter your last name Click Go
On your profile – click Make Changes?
On Editing Information, make the appropriate changes Contact Information Primary or Secondary Address
On Editing Information, Click Save and Exit to complete
