Greg Baker © What is ISO? The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from more than 140 countries, one from each country. ISO is a non-governmental organisation established in ISO's work results in international agreements which are published as International Standards. Many overseas companies will not do business with a supplier unless it has ISO 9000 certification.

Greg Baker © ISO 9000 ISO 9000 applies to all types of organizations. It doesn't matter what size they are or what they do. It can help both product and service oriented organizations achieve standards of quality that are recognized and respected throughout the world.
