Course Description:  Course Description: A survey of World History from the earliest times through This is a writing Intensive course. Students will complete between words of writing which will be the determining factor in their final grade.  Course Prerequisite: English 100.  This is a 100% online course and students are required to navigate Laulima to engage in class activities. Course Requirements  Students will complete between 4000 to 6000 words of writing. All writing assignments will be typed.  The course has several types of writing assignments including; one Cultural History research and writing project (minimum 12 typed pages) and Reading Reviews ( two paragraphs each).  Please complete seven reading review assignments. There are thirteen scheduled over the course of the semester. Only your first seven reading review assignments will be graded.  The Cultural History Project includes a series of drafts, instructor feedback, peer review and required revisions. A minimum of four drafts are required.  The writing assignments will be 100% of the overall course grade.
