Being a scrummy : Driving hard Tackling low Staying tight with your team Being tough enough to take a hard hit
Being a back: Must have good hand and eye coordination Must be able to sprint fast and change speed frequently while running during the game
*A line out is the equivalence of a throw-in in football
Being a family One heart, one team, one family.
