Introduction Did you ever wonder what makes up a neighborhood or if all neighborhoods are the same? Well get ready! We are going on an adventure to learn about different neighborhoods.

Materials Copy of the book Franklin’s Neighborhood by Paulette Bourgeois Computer with internet access Prediction worksheet Comprehension worksheet Drawing paper Crayons A Pencil

Before Reading Click on the book to learn more about the places that make up a neighborhood or click on the link below. When you get there, click on the book Now, think about the things in your own neighborhood. Write down what you think will be in Franklin’s neighborhood?
