8 The underlying theme of this part of the program is that the concious leader can contribute to his/her own development as well as to the development and motivation of their personal and of the organisation. The goal is that each participant will aquire a deeper awareness of themselves and improve thier abiblity to create a good and constructive working climate and contribute to the success of the organisation.
