Albert Siminyu 1.Design and M&E Manager for World Vision-Sierra Leone (40% of time) Coordinate all design and program development efforts for WVSL. – Work with sector managers and subject-matter specialists to develop project proposals. – Ensure strong results frameworks at the beginning of the design processes and SMART indicators are selected. Monitor performance and assess impact of all projects – Develop and standardize data collection tools – Train staff on effective data collection, tabulation, analysis and reporting – Coordinate structured analytical efforts (baselines, midterm reviews and evaluations – Responsible for reporting (donors, other stakeholders) 2.Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for the Consortium for Relief and Development (AFRICARE,CARE, CRS and WV) (60%) Standardization of the Consortium’s M&E approach through identification & refinement of indicators, development of performance tracking and reporting tools; Coordinate data collection, tabulation, analysis and reporting Coordinate structured analytical efforts (baselines, midterm reviews, & evaluations) Provide required M&E technical assistance to all Consortium members (various trainings and other advisory services)
