Job Nature Rotated among the various departments in order to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions

Responsibilities Focus on sales of retail products Identify customers' banking needs and markets appropriate products Ensure the achievement of sales and expense targets through regular sales efforts Deliver efficient quality customer services and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer enquiries about products and deal with any complaints

Skills Sales-oriented, aggressive and self- motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English and Chinese, in both spoken and written, knowledge in Mandarin preferred

Qualifications University graduate or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, International Business, or Banking

Qualifications Pass in professional examinations is a definite advantage: HKSI Foundation Programme Examination (FPE) Paper 1 and 2 MPF Intermediaries Examination Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Part I, II, and III CFA Level 1 to 3

Wages Depend: individual qualifications size and location of firm median wage is HK$7K-9K

Career Path Management traineeships may range in length from six months to five years Become management level of the firm

Business Analyst (at a consulting firm)

Job Nature Business Analyst has a broad job nature  highly dependent on your company!! Generally: Work with different functional depts to analyze & monitor how the company perform as a whole  highly cross-functional!!

Job nature (1) : Analyzing Carry out extensive and internal research  Analyze the business strategy Deal with financial budget and calculate company’s statistics  analyze financial management and review business performance as a whole

Job nature (2) : Monitoring Monitor the business by looking at the daily business processing Assist in operational management and solve operating problems especially those related to IT  make sure that the current business or operating system can satisfy customers’ needs

Job nature (3): Capital Budgeting Work with finance dept to evaluate potential projects to invest  give presentation of potential projects to company’s stakeholders

Basic Skills Matriculated - degree in Business or IT related, and if Finance major or MBA will be an advantage - have at least 5 years in IT

Basic Skills Good Communication skill and interpersonal skill  since you have to (1) work with different functional depts (2) deal with external customers to know their needs and modify your operating system

Specific Skill Practical experience in capital budgeting, benefit and cost justifications.
