Introduction Company status: (1) The basis introduction: History and organization. (2) About our cooperation: Image, customers, labors, and goal.

The Brief of 4Ps Product: All kinds of goods. Place: Retailer is the main partner. Price: High quality with lower price. Promotion: Hold activities regularly.

LOGO Just like our name of products, “Tumbler Beer”, Our logo is a slightly drunk tumbler. Whoop s!!

SLOGAN Our brewing approach is different. Our brewing skills spring from Germany traditional brewing experience. Our brewing time is much longer than other beers. The water we used is the unpolluted purify water. Our beers don’t let you get dead drunk and hangover. I’m not drunk

Strength “Tumbler” is an international brand and has complete selling routes. Tumbler Co. has plenty of advertisements and these ads are very creative. The procedure of beer production has been strict controlled. The data about the website is very clear and plentiful.

Weakness The cost is unable to reduce effectively, so the profit is limited. Adopt the identical global marketing strategies, but lack for the local strategies. The complex organization may lead to a bureaucrat system. The labor training cost is very high.

Opportunity Keep the leading status of beer markets in Taiwan. Soon we will set up a new factory in Bingdong, making consumers enjoy fresher and cheaper beers. Change the habit of consumer drinking, and we are aim at “The Leisure Drink”. The global market is more open, and enlarges our market share. Increase our brand image, and promote Tumbler beer to the global market.

Threat When we join to WTO, the other stronger competitors threat us. Each country has different cultures. Beer is not regarded as the general drinking in Taiwan. The competition of the product price is very competitive. The customers are restricted by age. “Drinking does harm to health.”
