Week of May 12th Final Security Report prior to Upgrade Impacts, Actions needed: –Review for any access changes –Please submit access changes as soon as possible

Wednesday, May 28 th, End Of Business Day OARS access requests will be accepted for processing through the end of the business day on May 28 Impacts, Actions needed: –Please submit any access changes via OARS by this date –Requests submitted after this date will be processed after the upgrade, June 9 th

Monday, June 2 nd Freeze on any changes in HEPROD. Impacts, Actions needed: –No access requests will be processed after this date –Processing means CPU Approvals and granting of access in HEPROD

Wednesday, June 4 th, End Of Business Day All incomplete e-learning HE/SA-related courses will be cancelled in My LINC Impacts, Actions needed: –Users have until the end of business to complete e-learning courses for which they’ve registered prior to June 4 th –Incomplete e-learning courses will be cancelled Users will be able to register for e-learning courses June 9 th

Monday, June 9 th, 8 am Processing of HR and SA requests, including RDAs, recommences –Processing includes CPU approvals and granting of access –Any requests on hold will be processed first Changes to OARS will be available Users can register for HR and SA e-learning courses in My LINC Impacts, Actions needed: –No actions needed –If there is a rollback, there will be impacts to the access process
