PHASE II CTS WEB CENTER: ORDER PROCESSING Allow budgetary control through authorized access via a QDB or OASIS account using DACCS CTS notification of receipt of order to authorized person placing order, order contact, and DACCS reviewer notification of due date to order placer and contact notification of completion to order placer and contact PAN notification The new CTS Web center will offer a variety of enhancements:
ORDER PROCESSING (2) Expedite the order placing process by using a “shopping cart” approach to selecting CTS products and services Gather more detailed information, allowing CTS personnel to expedite order processing and confirmation with customers Give online customers access to track orders and check on status More enhancements:
