I) Awareness Dimension A) Self Awareness: Knowing your motivations - emotions & personality what comes easy versus challenges - what you enjoy & dislike - strengths & weaknesses Emotional self-awareness Accurate self-assessment Self-confidence

Self-Awareness Improve interpersonal skills => need to know yourself Unique personal characteristics => insight into basic behavioral tendencies => determinates of career & personal success
