Could the technology of Star Wars be the technology of today? The NASA Space Station are looking at the Star Wars Technology to help in everyday life. Everyone has heard of C3PO, well NASA is coming up with artificial muscles that will be used in later space missions. These artificial muscles will be used in the space droids and mini- probes. As in all the Star Wars movie they communicated by 3D images. In a couple years this 3D communication will be possible. This will be very helpful because telephones will not be needed anymore. NASA scientists are planning to breed droids by using artificial intelligence which is the ability to have machines do work that would normally need intelligence from a human. The light saber is the weapon used by the Jedi Masters for defense. Now NASA is planning to make a similar version of the light saber.

Space pods vs. Space Shuttles Pods Faster than the speed of light Crew: 1 or 2 Interstellar distances Artificial Gravity Shuttles 17,000 miles per hour Crew: up to 7 Earth orbit only Weightlessness

The fake and the Real!  The real astronauts  The actors Obi-One, Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and others. Our NASA Astronauts.

The difference between the real and the fake!  The REAL  Must go under tests for months  Have to wear spacesuits  More procedures to get ship working  Go into orbit  The FAKE  Must go under tests but not as hard  Can wear normal clothes  Fewer procedures  Don’t go into orbit
