STRENGTH AND POWER  Phil 2:13  That our leaders not trust in their own abilities but know that it is You working in them both to will and to do Your good pleasure. Phil 2:13  Phil 4:13  Give our leaders the inspiration and strength to carry out your will. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phil 4:13

DIRECTION   Give every ministry head direction for their department —order their steps according to Your will and Your Word.  Ps 119:133

HUMILITY  Eph 6:5  Pray that all leaders would be clothed in humility so that nothing would be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind. Eph 6:5  2 Cor 4:7  I pray that our leaders will not forget that You are the treasure in their earthen vessels, and that the excellency of the power is of God, and not of them. 2 Cor 4:7

REFRESH AND REWARD  Prov 11:25  Bless our leaders who give of themselves unselfishly. Let them be refreshed. For Your word says, “The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.” Prov 11:25  Heb 6:10  For God is not unrighteous to forget the work and labour of love, which our leaders have shown toward His name, in that they have ministered to the saints, and do minister. Heb 6:10
